Cancellation / Refund Policy

1. Cancellations 

• In the event of cancellation of your booking, the advance paid will be forfeited and no refunds will be permitted. If the cancellation takes place within 24 hours of booking, we shall issue a credit voucher (after deduction of taxes) for the advance paid which is redeemable within 60 days against makeup services only. This voucher is not redeemable against Salon/beauty services. 

• Admission fee charges are not refundable and adjustable under any conditions in the future. Don’t pay any additional amount aside from the mandatory fee.

2. Re-scheduling 

• In the event of rescheduling, 100% advance will be adjusted towards the new booking subject to availability of booking on the new date. In case the booking is not available on the new date, advance will be forfeited and no refund will be permitted.
